Theodore Konstantatos has extensive experience in the maritime shipping and offshore industries, having worked both at banks and corporates. Theodore specializes in capital raising efforts, structuring and negotiating debt financings, advising on strategic decisions and managing financial planning. From 2021 to 2023 he worked at Castor Ships S.A, where he was responsible for corporate finance projects and capital markets activities.

Prior to that role, Theodore was Head of Maritime Coverage and a Director at Credit Suisse Investment Bank based in New York and London. At Credit Suisse, he advised on and executed numerous cross-border M&A, debt, and equity transactions for global clients in the maritime, offshore drilling and LNG infrastructure sectors.

Theodore holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business with specializations in Corporate Finance and Accounting, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
