Øyvind Holte (b. 1949) was elected as BoD member to NorthCape in 2017. He has a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Since February 2016 Holte has had his own consultancy firm, and he serves on the boards of Export Credit Norway («Eksportkreditt»), TS Shipping Invest AS and Haraldsplass Diakonale Stiftelse, among other organisations. Holte has experience from a number of financial institutions and shipping and industrial companies, most recently as managing director and head of the Norwegian market for DVB Bank. Previous board experience includes service as a board member at Oslo Stock Exchange ASA (stocklisted entity).
