Brad was previously the managing director and head of Southeast Asia for Jefferies & Company, a US-based investment bank, where he gained extensive experience in finance and advisory for the maritime and offshore sectors. While at Jefferies, Brad structured and completed over USD 7 billion of investment banking transactions including USD 1.5 billion in private and public equity, USD 1.2 billion in private debt and USD 4.4 billion in M&A advisory. Brad also has extensive experience in Southeast Asia while at Jefferies and later, as a director of Arch Advisory Limited. While at Arch, he executed over USD 2 billion of corporate financing, acquisition and restructuring work for companies in Indonesia and other parts of Southeast Asia. Prior to Jefferies, Brad worked for Simmons & Company Intl, where he worked on various merger and acquisition transactions in the oil service, midstream and downstream segments. Brad graduated from Rice University with an MBA in finance and a BS in Chemical Engineering with Cum Laude standing from Texas A&M University.
