Axel Stove Lorentzen has more than 45 years experience in banking and shipping/owning and broking side. He held senior or executive positions with Lorentzen & Stemoco AS from 1981.

Mr. Stove Lorentzen was a member of the Executive Committee of BIMCO from 2001-2004, the Vice President from 2005 to 2006, as well as a board member of Nordic American Tankers Shipping Ltd. listed in New York, from 1995-2001. He graduated with a degree from University of Innsbruck in 1978.
