Anders Severinsen has long experience from the ship financing industry, both from the banking and the equity investment side. He worked six years with the shipping and offshore department of Nordea Bank in Oslo and Singapore and also four years with NFC Shipping Funds, a joint venture between Northern Navigation and DVB Bank. Anders Severinsen was responsible for the build-up and subsequent divestment of NFC Shipping Funds’ Northern European portfolio (2004-2008). He later set up LS Finans AS in 2009 with Lorentzen & Stemoco. Anders was one of the four founding partners of NorthCape, he has been instrumental in building up NorthCape’s position in the LNG space with almost USD 6 billion in transaction value since 2013.

Mr. Severinsen holds a Master degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) with an emphasis in finance.
